CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made 48+ hours before the session may reschedule at no additional charge. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session will result in the retainer/deposit being non-refundable. No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable. If severe weather or an emergency prevents the session from taking place, we will gladly reschedule your session at no extra cost. By booking a session with North Star Photography, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
